Prolific shoplifter charged

We can confirm that Jason Harding from Harrow has been arrested and charged in connection with seven shoplifting offences on Northwood Ward following an investigation by local officers.

We hope this reassures local businesses and residents that reports of retail crime are being taken seriously and that we will deal with these people promptly and robustly, who think that they can come to the ward to commit crime and get away with it.
